Foundations Atlanta at Roswell has announced its intention to close its location effective December 11, 2020. We will continue to provide treatment to our current patients until they have completed programming. We are no longer accepting new patients.
For many years, Foundations Atlanta at Roswell has provided comprehensive, compassionate outpatient treatment and services for adults. We offer our appreciation to the physicians and staff for their expertise and dedication to the patients we have been privileged to serve, and look forward to continuing to support the community with needed behavioral health services at our other locations.
In Atlanta, both Talbott Recovery Dunwoody and Foundations Atlanta at Midtown continue to provide the high-quality treatment we have offered the past several years.
